WeCheckPAY is a digital rental payment product. As part of the larger WeCheckPAY project, I created a simple and user-friendly onboarding process that includes a KYC questionnaire and complies with the Capital Markets Authority's regulations. The goal was to streamline the onboarding process for users while fully meeting regulatory requirements and adhering to tight deadlines.
I designed and developed a personal area for WeCheck mortgage customers, allowing them to easily access all their mortgage details at any time. The goal was to simplify the process of accessing mortgage information and reduce the load on customer service. After the product launch, customer service inquiries dropped by more than 50%. I collaborated closely with the mortgage team, the product manager, and the development team, and I was responsible for the entire UX/UI process, from building the wireframes to delivering the final design and specification for development.
