RentAI is an innovative AI-powered platform that enables property owners, tenants, and investors to assess accurate rental prices based on various parameters such as parking, security rooms (MAMAD), and renovations. The platform also provides up-to-date data on market trends and rental offers by neighborhood, along with an AI-based chatbot that assists users with real estate-related queries.
The goal of this project was to enhance user engagement by developing a user-friendly interface that allows people to easily search for rental properties across different regions. Additionally, the company aimed to differentiate itself by creating a unique, data-driven solution that would strengthen WeCheck's presence in the real estate industry.
One of the main challenges was understanding the different needs of the target audiences – investors, tenants, and property owners – and delivering relevant information to each group in a clear, simple manner. Additionally, we were under tight time constraints, with only one month to complete the project, which required finding creative solutions that met technical and time limitations.
The final product is an intelligent and efficient system that provides users with updated real estate data and a seamless search experience for rental properties by area. The platform also features an intuitive AI chatbot that answers users' questions about the real estate market.
After gathering the project requirements, I conducted a focused user research through short surveys for each type of user. Based on the research findings, I collaborated closely with the development and business teams to establish a precise work plan that adhered to the deadlines. The workflow included creating wireframes, incorporating team feedback, and finally designing a user-friendly and accessible interface.
The product was successfully launched and significantly increased the number of users connecting to the WeCheck platform. Moreover, it boosted the number of users conducting tenant background checks via another company product. The project was featured on the popular TV show "תוכנית חיסכון" on Channel 12, and users provided positive feedback, emphasizing the ease of use and the ability to quickly access the data they needed.
I was responsible for leading the UX and UI design of the system, working closely with the development and business teams throughout the entire project. I ensured that all stages were completed on time while maintaining clear communication and alignment between all departments.
